Manager (Merchandising)

For its both online and bulk merchandising efforts, CFM is looking to recruit a Manager for handling its growing volumes across all categories. As a Manager (Merchandising) you will responsible for the following:

Increasing CFM's artisan network by identifying and adding new communities
Study and improve existing production process at the community level to decrease lead time and improve quality.
Order Processing and delivery
Online marketing and merchandising

Requirement

An MBA or equivalent from a reputed institution
The ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and make quick decisions with limited information.
Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
Strong project planning, management and technical problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to remote areas.
Excellent oral and written English skills, including excellent project/ process documentation skills.

Remuneration
