For
its both online and bulk merchandising efforts,
CFM is looking to recruit a Manager for
handling its growing volumes across all
categories. As a Manager (Merchandising)
you will responsible for the following:

Increasing
CFM's artisan network by identifying
and adding new communities |
 |
Study and improve
existing production process at the community
level to decrease lead time and improve
quality. |
 |
Order Processing
and delivery |
 |
Online marketing
and merchandising |
Requirement
 |
An
MBA or equivalent from a reputed institution |
 |
The ability
to adjust quickly to changing priorities
and make quick decisions with limited
information. |
 |
Strong organizational,
communication, leadership, and customer
service skills. |
 |
Strong project
planning, management and technical problem-solving
skills. |
 |
Willingness
to travel to remote areas. |
 |
Excellent oral
and written English skills, including
excellent project/ process documentation
skills. |
