DESIGNERS

Requirements:
	An graduate or postgraduate from NID, NIFT or reputed institute.
	The ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and make quick decisions with limited information.
	Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
	Willingness to travel to remote areas.

REMUNERATION:

CFM believes in 'Gainshare' and has created a system where all its stakeholders benefit from the growth of the organization. As a team member you will start with a fixed compensation and addition to that have a share of the 'Bonus Pool'.
