Arjun Adya, Executive President :

As Executive President, Arjun leads the merchandising efforts at CFM. A technocrat who graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), New Delhi and later completed his MEP from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad. He has senior executive level work experience with organizations as diverse as State Trading Corporation of India Ltd, Citibank and a Hong Kong based Trading organization. He spent 4 years as Regional Manager of STC's office in Hong Kong looking after India's trade in the Far East and worked with Citibank in India heading the Structured Trade Services for South Asia. Later he spent 3 years in Austria and Russia when the markets in former USSR were liberalized.

In 2003, in collaboration with Reuters Digital Vision Fellowship program at Stanford University, he funded and piloted a prototype called 'SuVyapar' which uses ICT to market artisan made products to developed markets - reducing retail waste and getting a better deal for the craftsmen. His area of specialization is international trade and trade finance.

Rahul Barkataky, Co-founder & CEO :

As CEO, Rahul has the responsibility of leading CFM to achieve its vision of improving workers lives by using the power of retail. Before CFM, Rahul was the Executive Director of a not for profit called MITRA Technology Foundation, which he co-founded after completing his MBA from Institute of Rural Management, Anand. At present MITRA owns and manages India's largest volunteer placement initiative, iVolunteer. Rahul also worked with theCentre for Environment Education, a center of excellence for Ministry of Environment and Forests, Govt. of India and in an Indo-Dutch project on drinking water.

Rahul is a GSBI fellow and sits on the Board of MITRA.

Bishan Singh Kathayat, Program Executive :

As Programe Executive Bishan looks after the CFM online store (website) and Account. Bishan has over 15 years of experience with various organisations.

 

Neha Khanna , Asst. Manager Merchandising :

Neha looks after the merchandising part and has the responsibility to improve existing production processes, at the community level, by decreasing lead-time and improve quality so as to ensure timely delivery of goods. Before joining CFM, Neha has worked as a graphic producer with a leading news channel.

Neha has done her honours in philosophy from Lady Shri Ram College for Women and a detailed diploma course from Maaya Academy of Advanced Cinematic in multimedia and graphic designing. Neha has a passion for art and creativity.

Akash Kumar, Asst. Manager Merchandising :

Akash has the responsibility of expanding the presence and business of CFM by tapping more potential markets. Akash comes from a design background and hence coordinates the entire product cycle from ideation to production.

Akash is a graduate in accessory designing from National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT). He holds the credit for best project- retail and interface design in his graduating batch at NIFT, and has won the prestigious Italian- Lineapelle and CLE design awards (Council for Leather Exports) during his academic years.

Shambhu Prasad, Asstt. Manager (Finance & Admin)

Shambhu handles accounts in CFM. He is a post graduate and has more then 10 years of experience working with various organisations in Delhi.

 

Surbhi Jain, Asstt. Manager (Retail)

Surbhi handles the responsibility of expanding the Retail presence and business of CFM in India. She is also responsible for signing up of new stores, inventory management and display in the stores, financial management and customer service.

Surbhi has done her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Banasthali University and Bachelors of Computers Application (BCA) from Kurukshetra University before joining CFM.
