Karan Rana, Manager (Export) :

Sr. Merchandizer (exports) is responsible for communicating with overseas buyers to give them updates on production status and sampling. He is also responsible for sourcing new items as per buyers requirement, shipment and logistics.

He is a Science graduate from HP University, Shimla. He has 12 years of work experience in various fields. Lastly he was with an American Buying house for almost 8 years where he was doing merchandizing and product development of garments and home decor related products.

Sushmita Gupta, Asst. Manager (Retail) :

Sushmita's responsibilities include exploring and expanding the retail market for CFM Market Linkages . Her role includes signing up new stores, customer relation management and business development Activities. She is also looking after product development and as merchandiser for select overseas customers

She has done PGDBA from Symbiosis Pune and B.A. Geography (H) from Delhi University and has six years of work experience with various Organizations like Airtel, Infocomm Network Ltd., Magnum International.

Manasi Adya, Finance Executive :

Manasi is responsible for costing and product development. She coordinates with the designers, merchandisers, and artisans to firm up the appropriate product range for the export and retail markets.

Manasi has completed her B.Com(Hons) from the University of Delhi, and thereafter has worked with Deloitte in the audit function.

Maisie Rodingpuii, Asst. Designer cum Merchandiser

Maisie Rodingpuii is responsible for developing design concept for CFM product line for the retail and export markets. She engages in quality control, market research and trend forecasting, material sourcing and at the same time coordinates with the domestic clients, artisans and manufacturers.

Maisie has completed her B.Des (Lifestyle and Accessories Design) from National Institute of Fashion Technology, Bangalore.

Updesh Sharma, Asst. Manager (Finance & Admin ) :

Updesh Sharma handles accounts at CFM. He is a graduate with around 7 years of experience working with various organisations in Delhi.

Girish Sharma, :

Having more than six years of experience in an inspection, packing and logistic. Girish looks after all the export and retail inspection including the logistic.

Raj Kumar, Inventory Assistant :

Rajkumar is entrusted with the critical work of inventory management. He also helps in sales and store keeping.

Rohit Kausal, Logistics Assistant:

Having more than six years of experience in driving commercial and private vehicles. Rohit looks after all the transport needs of the organisation including driving the staff car.
